A private room should feel immaculate, calm and ready the moment the door opens. To deliver that consistency, every reservation follows the same controlled timing, departure and turnover requirements. These standards protect member privacy while giving the cleaning team uninterrupted access between visits.
Members receive the practical access instructions with the confirmed reservation. Reading them before arrival protects private time and prevents avoidable delays at the location.
Before the reservation begins
Only the confirmed member and approved adult guests may enter the room. Arrive within the agreed access window and bring no more personal equipment than can be removed promptly at departure. The room, installed furniture and prepared cases should be checked before activity begins, with any concern reported immediately.
A calm inspection at the start makes it easier to distinguish an existing issue from damage or a spill that occurs later.
Your three hour private reservation
Each reservation is built around a three hour slot. That time includes arrival, preparation, the scene, aftercare and packing personal belongings. Plan the pace so all activity and immediate aftercare are complete before the reserved period ends.
At the end of the slot, guests have 10 minutes to leave. This is a departure window, not additional activity time. The room then passes exclusively to the cleaning team and cannot remain occupied.
Consecutive reservations remain uninterrupted
Two or more consecutive slots can be combined into one continuous reservation. In that case, the 10 minute departure window begins only after the final reserved slot. The cleaning schedule and additional UV C cycle move accordingly, so private time between the booked slots is not interrupted.
Consecutive time must be confirmed in advance. An occupied room cannot simply extend into a later reservation.
Professional turnover after every visit
Once the room is empty, the cleaning team completes a full manual turnover. Used disposable materials are removed. Contact surfaces, fixed furniture, handles, sanitary areas and showers are cleaned and disinfected with products appropriate to each material. Linens and protective covers are replaced where supplied.
Equipment is then inspected. Any item that cannot be returned to the required condition is withdrawn from use rather than left for the next member.
An additional controlled UV C cycle
After manual cleaning and surface disinfection, the unoccupied room receives a controlled UV C cycle. This is an additional treatment and never a substitute for physical cleaning. Guests and employees remain outside while the equipment is active, and the room stays closed until the cycle is complete.
The treatment is scheduled as part of turnover, which is why the departure window and access times must be respected.
Fresh implements for every visit
Personal contact implements supplied by the location, including floggers and similar items, are prepared for a single visit and retired afterwards. They never return to service for another reservation. Sealed disposable components are opened only for the confirmed visit and are discarded after use.
Prepared Equipment Sets clearly distinguish disposable components from reusable equipment before booking.
Reusable equipment follows a controlled process
Fixed furniture and reusable items are cleaned, disinfected and inspected according to their materials and construction. Protective barriers are supplied where required. Members should never substitute an unsuitable household cleaner, move installed equipment or attempt a repair during the reservation.
Report a defect and stop using the affected item. Another available option can then be considered without concealing the problem.
Personal equipment remains personal
Members may bring their own equipment when it is lawful, suitable for the room and within the confirmed reservation terms. Personal items remain the member’s responsibility. They must be kept under control during the visit and removed at departure.
The location does not store, clean or assume responsibility for personal equipment left behind.
Conduct inside the room
Every reservation must remain lawful, consensual and within the agreed limits of all participants. Follow instructions for fixed equipment, use supplied protection and keep release tools accessible. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time, regardless of the remaining reservation time.
Furniture, safety fittings, cameras and installed suspension points may not be moved, altered or used outside their stated purpose without prior approval.
Leave the room ready for professional turnover
Remove personal belongings, secure any personal devices and report spills, damage, equipment concerns or sharps immediately. Do not attempt to hide an incident. Accurate information allows the team to isolate an area, choose the correct cleaning process and protect the next reservation.
Professional standards depend on cooperation from both the operating team and every member using the network.
